Took my daughter who wanted a particular style and billy (william) was exceptional in trying to help with our needs, thoroughly explained everything through the whole process and she finally has a haircut she likes.
Billy is brilliant. he is so welcoming and the salon is beautiful. my son has his hair done with him and he always listens to what he wants and reassures him. i always walk out with a very happy son.
