Great pub in halifax tucked away up cobbled road to back of pub. friendly bar staff and spot on beer. a proper boozer. we're not local ,south leeds but every time we go to halifax we make a point of paying a call after shopping. always friendly locals.
A pub that i can call my local, great staff, great friends, great service and banter. poker on a thursday night. i really should pop in more than once a week, but i love the upper george.
Excellent bar staff great juke box played all my underground sixties favorites great choice of beers they even called me a taxi at last orders thank you cheers
