Frank was great to work with. I wanted some camcorder tapes put onto DVD and also my hard drive with thousands of photos on would not open. Frank managed to sort them all out for me and very quickly. Thank you.

Excellent service from Frank. Provided help over the phone but could not solve the problem (laptop issues) but after dropping the laptop off he got to work straight away and the issues were resolved within hours and laptop dropped back to me. Will definitely be using again. Cheers Frank.
