The member of staff we had was brilliant very knowledgeable and helpful in advising us which mattress to get and seeing another member of staff that helped us before and him remembering us was really nice to see and reminds me there is great customer service. Both were called Muhammed

Customer service from Jay (I think) was fantastic. He really helped me to understand the products available and showed me to each one.

My experience of buying a mattress at Bensons was excellent from beginning to end. Good advice and explanations from store staff, efficient payment system and excellent delivery service with wonderful delivery men. I won’t be going anywhere else next time.
