I called mark regarding a smudge marking appeared after a transfer belt that was replaced on my printer, after running a few blank pages through the printer, it did seem to resolve the smudge issue, mark is a very helpful guy to help with printer and copier issues, i will book a service with mark later on this year,. thank you again!
Mark did a wonderful job on my printer and had fixed the problem quickly. i called him in the morning and he attended in the afternoon. very impressed with the quick service. i would recommend him to anyone.
