Quality management, had a nightmare with my delivery of goods as they got sent in a truck far too big to fit into the loading bay; the manager paul then helped me shift over 350kg worth of goods across carparks to get to he bay to help me move in! cant thank him enough :)
From the initial phone call to “moving in”, everything was great! couldn’t be easier! staff are very attentive, especially dave, nothing is too much trouble :)
These guys really care about customer service. store manager paul gave a friendly welcome and helped put my mind at rest during a stressful house move. the store is clean is and easy to navigate. helena also went out of her way to ensure that i could get all of my items safe and secure in time. thank you so much guys!
