Safestore Self Storage Harlow

Quality management, had a nightmare with my delivery of goods as they got sent in a truck far too big to fit into the loading bay; the manager Paul then helped me shift over 350kg worth of goods across carparks to get to he bay to help me move in! cant thank him enough :)

From the initial phone call to “moving in”, everything was great! Couldn’t be easier! Staff are very attentive, especially Dave, nothing is too much trouble :)

These guys really care about customer service. Store Manager Paul gave a friendly welcome and helped put my mind at rest during a stressful house move. The store is clean is and easy to navigate. Helena also went out of her way to ensure that I could get all of my items safe and secure in time. Thank you so much guys!
