A really well prepared class. It makes me feel relaxed.

Really enjoying this yoga class. Barbara is a fantastic teacher, ensuring everyone is able to work at their own pace and ability. Yoga is a great way of strengthening your core and increasing flexibility and making new friends too.

I have been attending yoga in life classes since September. The classes are well structured and at a pace that suits me. Barbara is a very good, attentive teacher who adapts the classes to accommodate all levels of experience.
