Luke was at my house within half an hour of my call, on a sunday. he cleared the drain , used the camera and identified an issue . my drains are now clear and he said if there is an issue in next 2 months to call back for free . luke left the area clean. i have no hesitation recommending luke from one top drainage.
Easter saturday - 5:55pm - found an overflowing drain which we couldn’t unblocked. called and they were with us within 25 mins and sorted problem quickly & efficiently. would definitely recommend.
Luke is clearly a chip off the old block. he did an awesome and very determined job in difficult circumstances . total “ can do” . we are very grateful to him.
