Heard people saying fish was very dry and over cooked. i have had fish chips and curry sauce today and got to give it full marks. delicious, why, because i asked for it to be lightly fried. perfect. and curry sauce was good.
Just visited for the 2nd time in 2 weeks and the fish and chips are excellent. lightly fried fish and very good chips, not soggy or heavy. i think they were even better than before, with the previous owner. my friends also agreed. cooked to order, not left standing in the warmer. keep up the good work.
