I work for harrogate town afc. i did a spin class yesterday with two of our injured players and it was brilliant! really great facilities and all the staff are really friendly and knowledgeable was a tough session with a great atmosphere. thank you
With a plethora of choices in harrogate, i must admit i was most impressed with dl. tom was kind enough to give me an in depth tour of the facilities and made me feel very comfortable. i mainly use the gym equipment but the swimming and racket facilities are also in excellent condition.
