Staff today were super helpful, the gentleman was back and forth with about 6 different shoes for us. bought 2 pairs :)
Staff are 5* like so many shops since covid they’ve been hit by lack of stock. continental factories have been slow to start back- shoes are so comfortable- hoping they are back up to speed shortly regarding stock and styles.
On a rainy day i got sterling service and came away with my second pair of comfy trainers. even offered a small discount as it was the day before black friday. much appreciated. i travelled a long way to get there!
