My first ever facial, & what a treat it was. samantha made the whole experience just as i’d hoped, feeling completely comfortable in her company & truly relaxed throughout. my face/skin looked to be glowing afterwards so much so i felt confident in my own skin without make up for the rest of the day.
Sam always does her best to fit me in on short notice. i regularly have my brows shaped and tinted and nails done. she always provides a first class service and makes me feel relaxed and pampered and we’ve normally put the world to right by the end. thank you.
I highly recommend the ottoman rooms if you're in need of a massage in harrogate. sam has been great for addressing the ongoing tension and knots in my back, neck and shoulders, leaving me feeling much better after each session. her service is reliably good, making it a regular go-to for some much needed self-care.
