I’ve practiced yoga at alissa’s studio for 2 years and i love it. excellent variety of classes for different styles and abilities, fantastic location and very friendly crowd. a range of very proficient teachers with consistent high quality and relaxed, welcoming but professional classes. highly recommended.
Alissa is an excellent yoga teacher, always mixes her classes up so you never know what is coming next, and they are always fun. she caters for every ability and you always feel welcome. i wouldn't hesitate in recommending this studio.
