I did pt for most of 2022-2023 with ste. he’s down to earth, friendly and easy to follow. during the sessions we would use his gym facilities which are in great conditions and learned how to use so many different machines. it was my first time using a pt and i’ve had amazing results so i’d recommend it to anyone starting out.
