Proper old school gym, plenty of cardio, free weights and weight machines, there is also a boxing ring and mma ring. Very friendly and helpful trained staff. Very affordable with no contract required. Very quiet early morning which is a bonus.

Best gym I’ve trained in both in the UK and USA. Plenty of equipment, good atmosphere and people and excellent advice on training routines, diet etc. Has helped an old donkey like me get his mojo back.
