Neil came to my basement flat and humanely removed a rat through a window within a few minutes. great job no hesitation in recommending nmt pest control.

In the end, no treatment's been needed but i was so impressed by neil's professionalism, patience and kindness in response to all my questions in our phone call that if i had a problem, i'd definitely be in touch with him again as first choice.
