As a new customer looking for local letting/estate agents, I called three estate agents regarding property lets, Oakfield responded immediately - the others were either an answer phone or the appropriate person was unavailable - I was immediately referred to Larn (Tenancy Renewals Manager) who has been super efficient, very professional and fun to work with throughout the process, making a time sensitive issue far less stressful. Once Larn completed her bit, she handed me over to Lucy (Senior Property Manager) who has also continued the same faultless service. Both Larn and Lucy represent the excellent high quality service Oakfield provide and from now on Oakfield will be the company I will use and also highly recommend.
