The best customer service we have experienced in the last 20 years! As oldie-newbies we had no clue but Rachael held our hand through all the steps. Very friendly and so helpful...she alone deserves a 10 and will be getting a cake when we return to collect.

Absolutely brilliant launderette that saved us in a pinch when our washing machine broke down. Staffed by the loveliest women who are so warm and helpful. Machines are spotless and the store is clean. Everything is signposted so well.
