I talked for thirty minutes with an awesome agent named paul dawson. he figured out everything, i had not received my confirmation for my flight just the request. now i have it all and we had good laughs too. very nice and polite gentleman.
Nathan & perry did their utmost to make sure i get the best deal and the best route possible considering this is a last minute booking. they also explained every transaction in detail and made sure i understood them. lastly, they gave me the assurance that they are available for any questions and issues i might have going forward.
