We dealt with a lady called Sandra in the Hereford store, who we found to be very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Sandra was efficient and at the same time very patient with us whilst we decided on which bed and mattress we wanted to go for. We’re very pleased with what we bought and with the entire process.

The experience in the shop was great, the assistant was very helpful and attentive. We got offered a pillow and drink whist testing mattresses and then waiting to order. Plus when the mattress was delivered, the driver was so helpful and cheerful.

Sandy was very helpful, informative and showed us plenty of options. Also left us with a nice cup of tea to discuss options with my partner so we didn't feel any pressure. Would highly recommend, can't wait for our new mattress.
