Jo was very friendly. Consultation was great, felt I was being listened to and wasn't rushed. Was lovely to have a face to face consultation instead of a multitude of GPs on phone. Got some very good advice and information on any query I had. Would recommend 5 stars

Went along to an open day and organised a medical-grade facial peel. I've known Jo for a while so it could have been awkward but she was so encouraging, positive and professional that it was delight! I'll definitely be back for more. My skin feels amazing and it was the highlight of my day!
