I am the maintenance person in a care home. when we have a drainage problem cleanco will always come on the same day as i call them. great service from start to finish.
Had a problem with our drain and they came very quickly and cleared it, as we were not home they just went ahead and did it for us, because we were not in at the time we had a few queries ... but they found the time to come back and explain everything that had been and done, would highly recommend,
