A great service, natalie drove all the way to the west coast to groom my 20 year old deaf, ex feral moggy. this is a cat that is not used to be handled let alone brushed. she was patient and gentle with a reassuring firm hold. i can definitely recommend.
Nathalie is fantastic at what she does. talks directly to the cat with a sense of understanding and keeps you calm if your car is distressed (as mine was). 100% worth the money and i'll be calling again if my cat needs a professional groomer again!
