Alexander repaired my roof tiles as i had a leak, and my guttering and fascias, i ask how long was the guaranteed, his reply was the post it with his quote,some of the plastic covers have come loose at the side of my roof and loose tiles at the side of the wall that had been replaced, i phoned him to ask if he could come round to fix them the reply was i will not let you down it must of been the wind that did that,yet my roof is the only one in the street with faulty and loose tiles, one month on and a phone call, i asked when he could come round his reply i will be round tomorrow i will not let you down, low and behold he never turned up. does a good job but after care and after service nonexistent

Very professional service. removed my old ridge tiles and replaced with a new dry ridge system. soffits, fascia's and guttering all replaced in anthracite grey. also cleaned and treated roof tiles to last a good few years. very happy with service.
