Walked in for a fringe trim and was very surprised by how good even this small service was. victoria was very thorough and wanted to make sure what she was doing was a high standard, even improving upon my previous stylists work. just popped in as i was passing but now i want to go back for my next haircut!
I went for a wash, cut and blow dry and i was so pleased with my hair it looked amazing. natalia asked me what i wanted and i got exactly that! the online queuing system is a bit annoying because the estimated wait time is inaccurate but other than that the service was great.
First time at supercuts hounslow - victoria did an amazing job with my hair that just needed some love and attention - she also gave me good advice on how to care for my new style! thank you so much! very happy!
