Karen changed our lock and, in addition, realigned the door to make the lock as effective as possible for the security mechanism. she even left to source a more suitable lock than the one she brought, returning shortly afterwards. she has given us sound advice in the past that has saved us money as well. all round, excellent service.
Karen has done a couple jobs for us this year and last. her work is top quality, and she is pleasant to work with. i highly recommend her for any locksmith jobs.
