Went in today to get some help with the uv for my pond, gentleman behind the counter was very helpful and helped to remove the quartz sleve and found a new tube and fitted it. great customer service and very helpful indeed :-)
Very knowledgeable staff, lovely range of fish! one guy was a bit miserable though!
Very nice experience every time i visit. the aquatics guys are quite knowledgeable and are really helpful. the glasses guy really helped me with my aquarium from scratch
