Terrible experience. Mark took a long time to completed a job, constantly not turning up when he was meant to. He finished the job early June and changed a cartridge in a tap that I’d asked him not to work on (the tap was fine it was a different tap that was leaking). He actually caused a perfectly fine tap to leak and now in August is ignoring my multiple requests to fix it. He promises to come and then just doesn’t turn up and won’t answer his phone.

Came the same day, immediately identified our problems, sorted one on the spot and returned later the same day with the stuff to sort the other with minimum fuss at a fair price. Top service!

Absolutely Fantastic service. Answered my call straight away and was with me within 15 minutes. Lovely guy, really helpful and friendly. Highly recommended. Very good plumber.

Mark was out on an emergency call out within 30 minutes. Sorted our boiler not lighting in about 30 minutes. Price was excellent for a call-out on a Sunday afternoon and a really nice guy too. Thanks mate, we can shower and bathe now. 😀 …
