Unfortunately there was a problem with my wood burner and the sweep couldn’t be completed. I was still charged £35 for call out - I understand that the issue was not either of our faults, but as he’s very local to me I thought this was a bit harsh… but now also means I won’t use him again… 👎🏼 …
