I really enjoy miss mandy's adult ballet class. she has a wonderful teaching style and an ability to make even the hard steps doable.
As a complete beginner i found that i was able to do the ballet fitness class and it really helped my ageing body to develop muscles i didn't know i had. great fun and a friendly atmosphere . highly recommended
It is a great opportunity to be able to do ballet again 60 years after i first did it!!! the pace of the class is good with plenty of practice and new steps every week. we even do a dance at the end! great class.
