Had to take my little dog for grooming. This was the first time with my dog Ralph. As he is a bit on the snappy side I stayed with him and it was me that needed the tea and biscuits after. But kate took everything in her stride. And did a really good job. Will be going again. Recommended

Took Wellington for our first visit to Kate and am so pleased with both the communication and the results. My boy is grumpy with his feet and bum being done but Kate called me during the groom to make sure I was happy for her to continue. Already booked his next visit so he can smell gorgeous again ASAP 😂 …
