The Three Jolly Butchers

I was recommended to visit about 15 years ago for the pie. This is my first time back since and I'm pleased to report that the pie is still legendary. Added bonus, dogs welcome in the bar.

Popped in randomly for a bite to eat on the way back from a walk around St Ives. The garden was full of happy faces and we'd been in the sun all day so decided to eat in the restaurant. Service from the waitress was excellent. We both ordered Fajitas which were really tasty. I'd definitely revisit if in the area.

Had lunch here on Aug bank holiday Monday and arrived as they opened so could order food before it got busy. Our order which we had to chase up took nearly 1.5 hours! Others around us longer and eventually we learnt they had stopped serving …
