Yoga Sloths

My 10 year old daughter loves going to Yoga Sloths and always comes out with a big smile. During the lockdowns the lessons went online and they were invaluable for my daughters wellbeing. Rina is so lovely, the kids adore her and she pitches the lessons perfectly for the age group.

My daughter has never been interested in any club or activity but I managed to persuade her to try Yoga Sloths over lockdown. She absolutely loved it, so much so that she wanted to run the warm up session towards her school future me award. …

Rina teaches Yoga Sloths at my son’s pre-school and he absolutely loves it! He always comes home and tells me about the sessions. He retells the stories and can name and remember so many of the poses!
