Been into the store a couple of times trying to decide on best options for our upcoming new bathroom. I want to pass on my thanks to Mandy, she is always available to help with expert guidance and advice. It makes such a difference when you receive great customer service and someone who genuinely wants to help!!

Just popped into the Newbury Park branch and Mandy was a great help, very knowledgeable and called other local branches to help me find items that were not in store. Thank you!
