Had a rat problem which had damaged the pipes and caused a leak. Marc from RES was efficient, reliable and reasonably priced. Came out 3 times and also did the proofing and sealing the holes which was also reasonably priced. Problem seems to have been solved but he also gave a 6 week guarantee if any further problems
