Outstanding service: needed an emergency adjustment to the nose pads on 2 pairs of glasses. alex at reception was efficient and then richard b. was superb at getting the glasses to fit properly and to replace the pads with larger ones, all in a matter of minutes and on a sunday morning. highly recommend this store.
