Nice car. collect and return was fairly prompt though they seem to need more paperwork than other rental companies. staff were friendly and walked me through the features of the car. £500 deposit was actually taken, not just reserved on my credit card but refunded the day i returned the car. i will be happy to use again.
The team at thrifty ipswich are simply fantastic, had a hire car from them for a number of months and the vehicle was clean on delivery and as promised and the collection of it was so simple. if there were any issues they dealt with them promptly. can not fault them - one very happy customer.
