After a rather stressful start trying to purchase my first car I decided to get in touch with Stoneacre. Louis made the process so much easier, he took a real interest in to what I was looking for and found me the right car that ticked all the boxes. Louis went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with my purchase, he ensured I was kept informed throughout and welcomed any questions no matter how daft I thought it may be. I would like to say a massive thank you to the team who were happy to help in between but especially to Louis for making the whole experience a great one!

Bought a new 2023 Suzuki Swift and picked it up today. Order was placed late October but we had to wait a while before we could actually get it due to worldwide supply issues. This was all explained at the time so we knew upfront. Nevertheless the whole process was very easy and enjoyable. We had a decent p/x price against our car, there was no pushy selling, it was all very relaxed. We dealt with Oliver from start to finish. The car was prepared beautifully for us at the showroom ready to drive away. Oliver also spent time explaining how everything worked and set up the mobile phone for us too . Highly recommend 👍

Purchased my 3rd car from this branch of Stoneacre. Great team, great communication & excellent service. Big shout out for Louis who kept me fully informed during the whole process. No doubt I'll be back for a fourth time, further down the road.

I can't thank Ashley from Stoneacre Hull enough! He was incredibly patient with my multitudes of requirements for my next car, he listened to exactly what I wanted and I came away, within just a couple days, with a gorgeous car. He was proactive and fantastic to work with. Despite being incredibly busy he made me feel important and looked after throughout the process. I had a couple of extras I needed with the car, and Ashley followed up even though I'd already collected.
