Being an active mum running after two boys to not being able to bend and play without pain, Jackie was able to pin point the problem and set to correcting it. I found it as been very beneficial to me to continue with aftercare treatments every 5 or 6 weeks as this keeps me in sync and releases any muscle tension that might have built up .....
