My laptop went to blue screen (can be fatal) but they managed to save all my data and photos, replace hard drive, my laptop is like new now, works great, all data saved, these guys are the best! Highly recommend

Diagnosed and fixed an old iMac of mine which had stopped working. Installed a new SSD and the latest OS, it’s like having a new iMac now! Well worth the money spent to repair than upgrade, will get a few more years out of this. Thought the price was very reasonable and overall really pleased with the service. Would recommend. I telephoned the store and then brought in my laptop for repair, the following day I received a telephone call to say the laptop had been dismantled, cleaned and the connections checked to fully working order. I was very pleased to have a working computer within 1 day, at a reasonable cost. The staff were friendly, helpful and clearly very competent. I am a female customer, who is by no means an expert on computers, but not an idiot either; there was no condescending attitude, which was refreshing. Thank you very much for such excellent service.
