Old pc was just playing up. Even when "cleaned up" it was not good. So after a discussion I plumped for a refurbished laptop replacement. Very good and friendly service. Kept me informed at each stage. Thoroughly recommend 👍

Needed a start button repair to an old Dell XPS 8300 desktop. Not only was I given excellent advice and options, I was able to drop in my machine in the morning and receive the repaired item later the same day, all at a more than acceptable price.
