For me this is the best mobile phone shop in hull. he as all the usual services but as well as that he is really helpful and the customer service is amazing. i took my phone in to be unlocked. it was a problem for an online service i tried, they couldn't do it. i also took the phone to st stephens phone shop, they couldn't unlonck the phone and recommended i come here. there was an issue getting my old sim out my phone which he fixed before he'd even started the unlock process. i'd swapped networks which had been a massive hassle so it was really nice to have this level of service. anyway, the phone was unlocked 45 mins and i was on my way the happiest man in hull and it was tenner cheaper than anywhere else!!! please just come hear for all your mobile phone services. don't waste your time anywhere else. this place is fairly priced, knowledgeable, very helpful and above all honest. thanks again to this phone shop in unlocking my phone when no one else i tried could 👍👍👍

These guys did an amazing repair on my mobile after i left it on the car roof and drove down the a63. really quick and honest about what could be done. they even threw in a free phone case. 5 stars and more ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I needed to replace my screen protector and the guy did it so quickly and at a reasonable price. i also had water damage to my laptop and he was very honest about what he could and could not potentially achieve. the customer service was great and i didn't feel as if i was getting ripped off. definitely the most underrated shop in hull!!!

I needed a new screen for my android phone. unfortunately they didn’t have the right one in (they were so apologetic) so i had to leave it with them overnight. the next day i received a message to say it was ready to pick up. i can’t rate them highly enough for their excellent customer service - i would definitely use them again.

Bought a phone from here worked perfect great staff with excellent service would recommend.
