543 Dental Centre

We recently went to 543 for our usual family check-up, and were brilliantly taken care of as usual, thank you so much to the whole team. A really friendly welcome at reception, quickly processed and shown to a comfortable waiting room, from where we were collected in turn to have our check up. Such a friendly, sensitive and efficient check-up by both Dale and Jackie, who always put us all at our ease and take plenty of time to see each of us. Thank you!

Me experience at this dentist was so pleasant. Im a pretty nervous patient and after 2 attempts at an extraction at my own dentist I was referred here for sedation. Every member of staff I spoke to was lovely and it was done and over with so quickly. As mad as it sounds I actually enjoyed my trip to the dentist yesterday😂

My wife attended 543 recently for a tooth extraction. I am her primary carer and my wife is a wheelchair user and suffers with Dementia. The 543 centre is wheelchair friendly and well equipped to cope with disabled clients. The practice is well staffed and everyone there was welcoming, friendly and I believe Dementia aware. I can say that every visit we make to 543 has been fantastic, we have been clients there for a number of years and on every visit, whether it is for a routine check up and a appointment to see Connie, our hygienist, we are looked after very well, from having access to disabled parking to all the staff being polite and helpful. Our current dentist Henry Furbank, who deals with both of us, with great professionalism and care, as does his dental assistant and keeps us informed on exactly what was going to be done and carried out the procedures with calmness and tenderness.

Taken me over 2 months to book an appointment, however after researching dentists over the past 2 months due to my anxiety i decided to pluck up the courage and book with 543. Natalie the receptionist was professional and very kind and understanding with my worries and booked me an appointment with Dale. I attended the appointment and Dale and his assistant (sorry forgot her name) were amazing and attentive towards my worries and anxieties. I am so pleased i booked and i look forward to gaining confidence to alleviate my anxieties in the future. Thank you all in helping me!

Absolutely fantastic practice, all staff are friendly and reassuring. I’ve had my fair share of traumatic dental experiences in the past but since becoming a patient of 543 feel much more relaxed about dental appointments. Knowing how caring and professional the team are and having the option of sedation for recent extractions has made such a difference to me. Although still apprehensive about treatment recent experiences have definitely helped my fear of having dental treatment. Thank you all at 543.
