Really helped me out with a dry cleaning job at short notice. very friendly staff who did a great job on a suit jacket two days before a wedding. excellent service! thank you!

Needed a suit cleaning and asked if it was possible to get done same day, the staff were so friendly and helpful and had the suit ready within a few hours, fantastic service, thank you so much.

Absolutely brilliant service. i didn't get the lady's name unfortunately (working 26/05/23 10am) but she managed to fix, press and defluff my trousers after they got heavily creased after the coronation. she was so lovely and went above and beyond for me. now i'm ready for the battle of atlantic parade tomorrow. 5* service thank you so much.

This is the place to go for an outstanding customer service experience. they also do a fab job at cleaning. our daughter's wedding dress came back as new. millie is a credit to the johnson's business (no relation).

My 80 year old mum was badly injured in a car accident whilst wearing her favourite, dry clean only, pink jacket. it had heavy blood stains on the collar and shoulders. natalie at johnson’s was lovely and said they would try their best. at first it didn’t come out, so i signed to say they could go ahead with further treatment and a cold wash but if it wasn’t successful, or the jacket was ruined, they would not take responsibility. i was fine with this as at this stage, the jacket couldn’t be worn anyway. natalie, her colleague and the manageress, all worked as a team and promised to do their best. well, what a fantastic outcome! mum’s jacket is virtually stain free. they have worked wonders and really know their stuff. they were so sympathetic regarding my mum and we received a service that was above and beyond. if you have any staining issues on dry clean only fabrics, these girls are the best ever, they’re truthful, speedy, informative and caring and understanding. a real credit to the timpson group. i can’t begin to thank you.
