I had a wonderful experience, the coat i brought had no label indications on how to clean it, this lady was amazing, did a fantastic job for a very small price and on top of it all was very nice to me. thank you again for the service, all my coats will come to you from now on. i totally recommend this company from service provided to customer care i would rate it a 25 out of 10.
