Sudomatic Domestic Appliance Repair

Rang Rich up last night and he was able to fit me in today. He gave me a 4 hour window of when he thought he'd get to me and he turned up bang in the middle of this period. He came to take a look at my broken Samsung washing machine. It didn't take him long to find out what the problem was and luckily for me, he had the parts so was able to fix there and then. I thought the price he charged for callout, labour and parts was very reasonable and would definitely use him again. Hopefully though, I won't need to. Thanks.

I had a problem with the washing machine so I contacted to see how much it would cost to repair. I explained the problem over the phone and without any hesitation I was told that it was as simple as removing a block from my waste pipe. I managed to do it in under a minute and it has saved me a fortune. I would just like to say thank you for your advice. Great service thank you. :)

Very prompt service and actually got here earlier than he thought. Extremely pleasant and easy to talk to and straight to the point. Gave an honest opinion about the machine and explained the machine would last about 6 months to a year. Has got our future custom and we will go to this company when we are ready for a replacement. Unfortunately, my husband dealt with him and forgot to offer a cuppa. I have no problems with recommending this company to others!

Richard responded to my telephone enquiry swiftly and came to my house extremely promptly, in fact within a few minutes. He had a fantastic 'can do' attitude and was clearly very experienced and competent. He was very friendly. He diagnosed the problems very swiftly and fixed them, and charged an extremely reasonable rate for his labour. I cannot recommend him highly enough, Richard was fantastic.
