Excellent service from Phil. Responded promptly and was able to attend within a few days. Replaced my out of date smoke alarms and also identified the problem with my kitchen hob extractor fan and was able to repair it there and then. Very happy and would highly recommend

It was not initially obvious what the fault was but Phil specialises in fault finding and was able to identify a previous installation error which was fixed very quickly. After having a mouse chew through some wiring, Phil came out and repaired the issue in no time. He also repaired a light fixing which had previously been incorrectly wired before moving into our house, all this within the one hour call out charge. He was very professional, helpful and gave great advice for future work. I will definitely be using this company again when the time comes.

I called Phil on a Friday night at about 7pm after all the electrics went off in the house. He was here by 8pm and managed to get us semi restored and safe whilst identifying the problem. He then came back on Tuesday and spent all day fixing our issue with Kitchen wiring. He was professional, prompt, friendly and very helpful. I cannot recommend his services enough. All back up and running and when he was done you couldn't even tell someone had been messing with the walls and flooring. Cracking Job!

Phil is absolutely one of the most expecting workers you want to meet with. He is professional, quick responded, friendly and thoughtful. He helped us to check all the wirings after a serious leak and quickly removed the bath light which triggered the alarm. He got the job done within a reasonable time frame and charged us fairly. The most wonderful thing is he provided useful suggestions on claiming the insurance. He just would like to share his experiences and shows his care to his customers. We had called him twice for different reasons, he is reliable and responsible. We would love to offer him more works in the future. Highly recommended!
