Excellent service from the start . starting with a phone call to shirley who pulled out all stops to arrange a viewing at a minutes notice . helping me understand the process of being a cash buyer which was very helpful. meeting john at the property, even ringing me when he was near by as not to be waiting outside the property no longer then needed to be . john walked me around the property helping with the many queries i had . i found his experience extremely helpful and gave me a good insight to the property. in short . they were very helpful, informative and very professional.

I can honestly say that the service that norwood provide is excellent. the telephone is always answered quickly, the staff are always friendly, and nothing is too much trouble. i don't often write a review, but this company are a breath of fresh and i would definitely recommend them. anyone that knows my company "the mortgage corner" will know that i value good service.
