I have been dealing with Josh at IFP for nearly 2 years with regard to my pension. He was very professional yet friendly whilst reviewing my pension options / income projections and I felt comfortable that I was given the best advice to suit my income requirements for now and in the future. He always made sure that I fully understood what I was being informed of in regard to strategy, risk and tax planning. I would totally recommend using this company with regard to financial planning and the fees etc are completely transparent, fair and fully explained prior to any commitment.

My parents have been a client of Informed Financial Planning for well over 15 years and have had excellent service from Gregg Crawford and the team for all of those years. They have been very pleased with the service offered and the recommendations most of the time. They are not perfect, the odd recommendation didn’t go as planned, I’m sure all IFA encounter this, it was quickly resolved to my parents satisfaction though. My father passed away in 2021 and Gregg and his team were there to assist in sorting out the transfer of investment etc into my mother’s name and made recommendation for changes to investments due to the change of circumstances. Informed Financial Planning are not the cheapest nor the most expensive, but I feel their fees are fair based on the service they offer. I would recommend them to anyone seeking financial advice
