The Big Coffee

The Big Coffee were all very welcoming and the experience of ordering our trailer through to completion was very smooth. More importantly, as all purchases from any company can occasionally have the odd issue, for me it's about how a company deals with those issues. Although our issues were minor, the big coffee have shown a 5 star rating in customers service throughout our journey and we hope to be ordering further trailers from them in the near future.

I've recently taken possession of my hand crafted 400E Classic Ape serving coffee & hot drinks on the side and Prosecco, Frizzante and beer from the rear. Throughout my journey, everyone at The Big Coffee has & continues to be incredible. The service, advice and the quality of the teams workmanship is 1st class and I can't thank the entire crew enough for all their hard work and due diligence to create what is quite simply a work of art. I've had so much positive interest and incredible feedback from my Ape and we're hoping for a fabulous summer of market trading, summer balls, outdoor theatre and private hire. Many, many thanks again all, you're a great team offering a brilliant product that people simply adore....

What a great experience! These guys really know how to deliver exceptional service. We have been working together to design and build our custom coffee pod for Small Batch here in Brighton.
